This year, the PS 130 PTA will spend nearly $250 per child to support learning–both hybrid and remote–and we ask that each family give whatever they can toward this amount.
Given these difficult economic times, it is all the more important that families with greater resources consider their ability to give more generously. As such, we are asking those who can afford it to increase their level of support this year to $500/per child.
In 2019-20, roughly 215 families contributed to the annual appeal, which is roughly one out of every three PS 130 families, and this year we hope to increase participation as donation matters, regardless of the amount. You can make a donation using Paypal here Our goal is 100% participation!
